TIPS FOR USE
The air must be filtered (dry air).
Should control pedal be used, the set of valves supplied with the vice must be placed between the compressor and the pedal, not between the pedal and the vice.

Filter unit, gauge and lubricator of the air inlet.

TIPS FOR USE
Should reverse clamping be needed, just place the spindle at the rear part of the fixed head, clamped by four screws.
Then rotate the spindle shoe and the moveable jaw.

The BLOCK-SC create the best conditions for the automated clamping of workpieces in small or medium-sized machining centres. Optimised for use in multi-axis machines. Workpieces can be machined from all sides with short tools. Their design allows positioning with minimal intermediate distance and thus optimal use of the machine table. The BLOCK-SC power clamping blocks combine clamping force with a long automatic advance and return stroke for easy workpiece changes in automation.
