POLICLEAN fleece tools
POLICLEAN® is a coarse, abrasive cleaning fleece developed from a special combination of synthetic fibres and abrasive grain.

Advantages:

• The flexible structure adapts to the contours of the surface and the shape of the tool.
• The open structure prevents clogging and ensures cool grinding.
• No corrosive residues on the workpiece surface

Application examples:

• Removes rust, corrosion residues, scale, dirt, tough stains, adhesives, old coatings and sealant residues
• Cleans weld seams, removes light die marks and tarnishes, particularly on stainless steel surfaces
• Roughens prior to bonding or filling
• Cleans surfaces of various structures

Recommendations for use:

• POLICLEAN® tools achieve their best result at a recommended cutting speed of 15-20 m/s. This achieves an ideal compromise between abrasion capacity, surface quality, temperature load on the workpiece and tool wear.

POLICLEAN-discs

• The cleaning fleece is bonded to a fibreglass support disc. POLICLEAN discs can therefore be used in face grinding.
• Use with slow-running angle grinders is preferable
• POLICLEAN discs achieve their best result at a recommended cutting speed of 30-35 m/s.
